We follow the work together with the people who do it: which tools they use, where information is typed in twice, and what really lives in spreadsheets and email. You get a clear picture of what to change and in which order.
Tools that fit the workflow
Web and mobile applications built around the tasks people do every day: internal tools, apps for staff in the field, or a simpler interface on top of systems you already have. When we replace an older tool, we keep what people are used to.
Workflows that start at a device
Some work begins at a physical device, such as an instrument, a sensor or a machine. We build the software inside the device too, and make sure its data reaches the people and systems that need it, without manual steps in between.
Approach
Many businesses already have software that can do almost everything, yet the real work still ends up in spreadsheets and email. The problem is rarely a missing feature. It is that the tools do not follow the way the work is done.
So we begin with the workflow, not the technology. We map it with the people who do the work, change the step that makes the biggest difference, put it to use early, and adjust from there. Success is measured in the work: fewer steps, less re-typing, fewer things to remember.
Experience
Most of our recent work has been with a Swedish mobile operator, on the everyday workflows of the people who plan and maintain the network. We have brought scattered tools together into one place, given staff in the field the information they need where they are, and connected measurement equipment directly to the systems that use its data.
Telecom is full of capable systems that are hard to work with, which makes it a good test of our approach. The same way of working applies wherever people depend on specialised tools to get their work done.

Soloit Technologies AB was founded in 2020 by Fabian Ågren, who has many years of experience in telecom and embedded software.
We are a small company. You deal directly with the people who build your software, and when a project needs more capacity we bring in experienced developers we know well.
